Our point of difference

Helping men fight for what matters most in life.

We understand that everyone is walking their own journey, with different life experiences and different circumstances. Business Fight Club was birthed out of the need for men to develop, in their own space, at their own pace. We are not a dedicated counselling service, we are not a mental health facility and we don’t prescribe ‘quick-fix solutions’. We are a multidimensional organisation that runs programs to help men be the best that they can be in all areas of their life. Our team of experienced coaches will go on a journey with you to provide you with the help and support you need in order to overcome your struggles and be the best version of yourself. We understand that long-lasting positive change takes time, and that is why we have structured our programs over an extended period to ensure that old patterns of behaviour are broken, and new healthier habits are formed. We have a range of online and bespoke programs that can be designed for particular people & organisations.

Dennis Armfield

Business Fight Club Coach

Dennis has recently retired from a successful AFL career with Carlton where he played 145 games over 10 years. He lives by the motto of ‘Live to Give’ and is passionate about helping people live a life of success in their chosen profession, whether in sport or in business. He has recently written a book about his transition from elite sport back into ‘normal’ life. He continues to stay involved in football, both with his women’s AFL academy and at local level.
